Olivia is the connector on our team. She’s a natural people person who genuinely enjoys building relationships – whether that’s meeting agents and referral partners, representing Closing with Daniel in the community, or making sure every person who comes through our door feels taken care of.

If you’ve met us at an event, received a little something in the mail, or been introduced to us through a friend – there’s a good chance Olivia had something to do with it.

Inside Sales

Matt comes to us from a recruiting background where staying in front of people and mastering follow-up wasn’t optional – it was the job. That discipline is exactly what he brings to Closing with Daniel.

Matt works directly with real estate agents to manage and nurture cold leads – the ones that aren’t quite ready yet but will be. His job is to make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks, so that when a buyer is ready to move, we’re already the team they know and trust.
