I’m Daniel Stephens, a mortgage broker based in New Albany, Indiana, serving buyers and investors across Indiana, Kentucky, Florida, and Tennessee. I started Closing with Daniel because I kept seeing the same thing over and over: people making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives without really understanding what they were signing.

That bothered me. So I made education the foundation of everything I do.

When you work with me, you’re not getting a call center or a loan officer who hands you off after the first conversation. You get me, start to finish, making sure you understand your options before you ever commit to one.
